Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer group dog walks?
No. We currently specialise in solo walks and dogs from the same household. This allows us to give every dog more personal attention.
Do you board dogs in your home?
No. We currently provide dog walks and pet-care visits in the customer’s home. We do not offer home boarding or dog daycare.
Will you stay in my home overnight?
Limited overnight pet and house sitting may be available from £60–£75 per night, depending on your pet’s routine, required hours, location and dates. Please request a personalised quotation.
Can you look after reactive dogs?
Possibly. Every dog is assessed individually. Please provide complete information about triggers, previous incidents and handling requirements when making your enquiry.
Will my dog be let off the lead?
Dogs will normally remain on lead. Any off-lead arrangement must be discussed, assessed and authorised separately in writing.
Can you give my pet treats?
Only with your permission. We will ask about allergies, intolerances and dietary restrictions before giving your pet any food or treats.
Do you care for animals other than dogs and cats?
Visits for rabbits, guinea pigs and other small domestic animals may be available. Please contact us with details of the care required.
How far in advance should I book?
Regular walks should be booked as early as possible. Holiday pet sitting is subject to availability and early booking is strongly recommended, particularly during school holidays and Christmas.
Can you guarantee an exact visit time?
We aim to work within an agreed time window. Exact times may vary because of travel, weather, emergencies and the needs of other animals. Time-sensitive medication must be discussed before booking.
Do you provide keys to other people?
No. Keys and access information are kept confidential and will not be shared except in an emergency or with your express permission.
