Frequently Asked Questions
Is the 30-minute walk completely private?
Yes. This is a solo dog walk, so your dog receives dedicated one-to-one attention rather than being walked as part of a group.
Does the 30 minutes include collection time?
The booked service allows time for collecting your dog, completing the walk and returning them safely home. Any special arrangements can be discussed during the initial meet and greet.
Can you walk a reactive or nervous dog?
Potentially, yes. Solo walks can be well suited to nervous or reactive dogs. Please provide full details before booking so we can assess whether we can safely meet your dog’s needs.
Can you feed my dog after the walk?
Yes. We can provide food or pre-prepared medication after the walk when clear written instructions have been supplied in advance.
Do I need a meet and greet?
New customers may need a meet and greet before their first booking. This allows us to learn about your dog’s routine, behaviour, equipment and home-access arrangements.
What happens in very hot or severe weather?
Your dog’s welfare always comes first. In unsafe weather, the walk may be shortened, moved to a cooler time or replaced with a toilet break and indoor enrichment.
Can I book regular walks?
Yes. Subject to availability, you can arrange recurring weekly walks for consistent support and a familiar routine.
