At Wild & Worthy UK, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below for information regarding processing times, shipping methods, and delivery expectations.

UK Delivery

We dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Standard UK delivery normally arrives within 1-2 working days after dispatch.

Standard UK delivery costs £3.49. Delivery is free when your order reaches £30.

Free Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery on orders of £20 or more to eligible postcodes: N1, N4, N5, N7, N16, N19 and E8. Your eligibility will be confirmed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email after your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or arrives with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of any damage (if applicable)
  • A description of the issue

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the matter.

Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned to us as undeliverable may be eligible for a refund excluding shipping charges, or reshipment at the customer's expense.
