Harvey is my young Chihuahua. He came home at three months old and has grown into a playful, affectionate little dog who loves cuddles, treats, travelling in the car and playing with Rio.
Rio is an adult Cockapoo with his own personality and boundaries. Caring for Rio and Harvey together has given me valuable experience of supervising dogs of different ages, sizes and energy levels. I understand the importance of monitoring play, recognising when excitement is becoming overwhelming and giving dogs space before they become stressed.
I also shared 13 wonderful years with Neffi, my British Blue cat, before she sadly passed away. Caring for Neffi gave me extensive first-hand experience of feline companionship, routines and the quieter ways cats communicate their needs.
These experiences help me provide calm, thoughtful care for other people’s pets.

If a pet appears uncomfortable, I slow down, reduce pressure and allow them more space. I never punish growling or other warning signals. These behaviours communicate that an animal is worried and help prevent the situation from escalating.
Any concerning changes in behaviour, appetite, mobility or toileting will be reported to the owner promptly. Urgent situations will be handled according to the emergency information agreed before the booking.
